Return Exceptions Policy

Firearms:

  • No refunds or exchanges on firearms
  • Firearms are under manufacturer warranty only and are subject to all applicable terms and conditions of such warranty. Claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer.

Ammunition:

All sales for Firearm Ammunition are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges.

Air Matresses

EXCHANGES: Exchanges may be made for opened or used air mattresses with an original purchase receipt, within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. A store credit will be applied toward the purchase of another air mattress of equal or greater value, but a refund will not be given.

REFUNDS: A refund for an air mattress will be given only if it is returned unused, in its original unopened package and with an original purchase receipt. Previously exchanged air mattresses are not eligible for refund.

Other Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • Background check fees.
  • Licenses, permits, tickets and similar items if the third party issuer does not accept returns.

Baseball Bats:

  • No warranty on wood bats, with the exception of Pinnacle Sports bamboo bats, which have a thirty (30) day warranty, as described within.
  • Bats are under factory warranty only and are subject to all applicable terms and conditions of such warranty.
  • Purchase receipt is required to obtain the following baseball bat warranties:

Pinnacle Sports Bamboo Bats

  • Thirty (30) day warranty from the date of purchase for defects arising solely from normal field usage.
  • Must be returned by the customer to Pinnacle with the original receipt.

  • One (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • Must be returned by the customer to DeMarini with the original receipt.

  • Must be returned by the customer to Easton with the original receipt.

Louisville Slugger Bats

  • One (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • Must be returned by the customer to Louisville Slugger with the original receipt.

Worth Bats

  • One (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • Must be returned by the customer to Worth with the original receipt.

Rawlings Bats

  • One (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • Must be returned by the customer to Rawlings with the original receipt.

Oakley® and Ray-Ban® Eyewear

  • No returns or exchanges on used, damaged, scratched, or blemished eyewear.
  • Receipt required on all returns.
