Our established markets are California, Washington, Arizona, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Nevada, Idaho, Texas, and Wyoming. Big 5 operates full-line sporting goods stores offering a comprehensive selection of top brand name merchandise.

Our products include athletic shoes, apparel and accessories, as well as a broad selection of outdoor and athletic equipment for team sports, fitness, camping, hunting, fishing, tennis, golf, winter and summer recreation and roller sports. Stores are spacious and well-stocked. Salespeople are trained to provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service.

Big 5’s net sales for 2016 were $1.02 billion. Big 5 has a long history of maintaining a healthy balance sheet. The common stock of Big 5 is traded on The Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol BGFV.

Big 5 stores typically range from 8,000 to 15,000 square feet and average 11,000 square feet. Our stores are located primarily in multi-store shopping centers or free-standing street locations. We require high visibility, heavy-traffic locations which encourage frequent customer visits.
