Return Exceptions Policy

Firearms:

Firearms purchases must be returned to the same store at which they were purchased.

Baseball Bats:
  • No warranty on wood bats - except for Bamboo bats which have a 30 day warranty.
  • Bats are under factory warranty only.
  • Sales receipt is required to obtain the following baseball bat warranties:


Pinnacle Sports Bamboo Bats
  • 30 day warranty from defects from normal field usage
  • Must be returned to Pinnacle with original receipt

  • 1 year from the date of purchase
  • Must be returned to DeMarini with original receipt

Easton
  • 1 year from the date of purchase
  • Must be returned to Easton with original receipt

Louisville Slugger
  • 1 year from the date of purchase
  • Must be returned to Louisville Slugger with original receipt

  • 1 year from the date of purchase

  • 1 year from the date of purchase

  • 1 year from the date of purchase
  • Return to Big 5 Sporting Goods
  • Keep original receipt
Air Matresses

EXCHANGES: Exchanges may be made for opened or used Airbeds with an original purchase receipt, within thirty (30) days for the date of purchase. A credit will be applied toward the purchase of another Airbed of equal or greater value.

REFUNDS: New unopened Airbeds may be returned for a refund with an original purchase receipt. Exchange receipts are not valid for refund transactions.
